Welcome to Luminous Ocean. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Luminous Ocean website, apps, and streaming services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Profiles for younger viewers may be created and managed by the account holder using the parental controls we provide.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may create additional viewer profiles under a single account, subject to the limits of your plan.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• Prices, features, and quality tiers are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Licence to Use Content

Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream content for your private, non-commercial viewing. Content availability varies by region and over time as licensing windows change. You may not download, copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform, or circumvent any content-protection measures.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials outside your household or resell access.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service.
• Attempt to bypass geographic, subscription, or age restrictions.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material, or harass other users.

6. Creator & User Content

If you submit content (for example, as a creator), you retain your rights but grant us a licence to host, display, and distribute it through the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and the content we license, is protected by intellectual-property laws and remains the property of Luminous Ocean or its licensors.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luminous Ocean is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
